PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting returns and exchanges at this time. If the item you received was damaged during shipping please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NON COVID-19 RETURN POLICY: We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. If the exchange is less than your original purchase amount, the balance can be applied to a store credit or the original payment method.
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Return your items using these 7 easy steps:
- Log into your account by clicking My account / Register in the top right-hand side of the screen.
- You can view any past orders by clicking My orders.
- Click View on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.
- Choose the products to return and the quantity.
- Give a return reason. Customers can choose a reason and an action or create their own, and then send the return request.
Once we receive your return our team will email you a return shipping label.
